i need a cpu cooler less than £30 for a quad core, am3 socket. The cpu cooler must be less than 165mm in height

the cpu is a phenom ii 955 3.2ghz i was hoping to get 3.8ghz or more out of this chip

do you know if the gelid cpu cooler supports two fans, if so does it come with extra clips to add a second fan
