CPU Clock speed

I've recently decided to over clock my old P4 3.2Ghz Prescott.

It's currently running at 3.45Ghz but I noticed the clock speed fluctuates quite a bit 5+- mhz is this normal or is this a sign that its not stable?

I've had it running at this clock for a while now and not had any random crashes or anything.

Bus Speed 215.2Mhz
FSB 860.9Mhz
VCore 1.42 - Althoug I noticed this fluctuates quite a bit between 1.40 - 1.425
