In XP it says:

Computer -> ACPI Multiprocessor PC

In Vista 32bit it says:

Compuer -> ACPI x86 PC

Both show 2 processors under Processor tab.

Am I missing a driver under Vista (already installed the dual core optimiser under both and the amd driver under XP as doesnt work for Vista).

Thats just how Vista identifies the chip. If it shows two processors in the processor tab and if you see two performance graphs in Task Manager you are ok.
