CPU Cooler Advice wanted pls

I like some advice on a cooler for a AMD Piledriver FX-8 Eight Core 8320 Black Edition. Under advice I was gonna get the Coolermaster Hyper 412S but its out of stock.

So would like a good replacement, Would the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo be better or worse? I always thought it was a better cooler.

Or any other suggestions?

The person I am building it for is on a budget so I cant go to much more price wise.

What case is it going in? I need to know for the height of the cooler..

He wont be overclocking to start with anyway but im not sure once he learns more in the future. Corsair Carbide 200R Compact ATX Case.

Is the 212 Evo better than the 412s, some say it is some say it isnt.

The 212 evo is a good cooler but i think this will be better for the money. There is nearly twice as much heatsink for the same price.

hmmmmm Its hard to trust a new comer, I know cooler master and everyone says evo is the best value cooler

Phanteks' first cooler was the PH-TC14PE. Nowlook at it a couple years on.
