Cpu cooler air or liquid HELP?

Hi i am building my own gaming rig i have got most of the parts. but i am stuck on if i should get a top end air cpu cooler or a liquid cooler my budget for a cooler is £70. this is my rig details:

CPU: intel i5 4670k i am overclocking this
Gpu; gtx770 with the hope to get a 2nd one in future
Mobo: msiz87 g45
Ram: teamgroup vulcan 8gb 2400mhz
psu: corsair 750w
ssd: 250gb
hdd: 1tb
case: zalman z11

Please overclockers can you suggest a cpu cooler i have seen some very nice air coolers but am not shure if i should have a liquid one or an air one i dont like the idea of having water running around my computer ty
 
if you are not planning on spending that much on cpu cooler, you could consider the following as well:

saw a good review for this and for sub £30 is very good. the mount for addition fan is included, so you can get one more fan to pull as well for the push+pull configuration.
