CPU Cooler and Memory Required

I have decided on what new Prozzer and mobo, I am going to buy. But just need some help on deciding on what Cooler and memory I should get as well. I will be overclocking.

Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 (95W Edition)
EVGA nForce 680i SLi Motherboard

Here is what I have been thinking about for the cooler and memory, but just wanted to know if there would be any compatability issues

Noctua NH-U12F
Zalman CNPS9700-LED Aero Flower
Thermalright Ultra-120

Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2 Dominator PC2-8500C5 TwinX
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-8500 1066MHz SLI-Ready

Is the first that comes to mind. Great board.

As for the Memory, as paradigm said the OCZ stuff is great. Or you could always go for something like the Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-5300. It will clock to 1000MHZ+ with little problems.

Finally for the CPU cooler, the Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme is a fantastic cooler.

I haven't purchased anything yet, as the Prozzer isn't in stock yet. I have not really looked at the P35. The reason behind going for the Evga, is the fact that my m8's have that one and have raved about it ever since, plus it has all my requirements that I need on a mobo.

The thing that puts me off that mobo is the lack of USB slots. I will need more that 4 of them, I know its a trivial thing to most, but quite important to me. Other than that it does look a good mobo, and I do like the fact that its 45nm compatable.

Decisions, decisions, the more I think about it, the more it busts my head lol :confused:
