CPU Cooler backing plates on motherboards

do all motherboards come with the HSF backing plate already on ? I recently got anMSI P67A-GD65 Intel P67 also ordered a H50 cooler and was wondering if the motherboard does come with a backing plate is it compatible with the H50 or should i take it off and put the one on that comes packaged with the H50 ?

The ones i have bought have never come with a backplate.
Def put the one that comes with the h50 on.

Back plates never come with the motherboards, since they are cooler dependent. So just follow the instructions on the H50 and you'll be fine
