CPU Cooler connected wronge ?

OK I have this CPU Cooler

On the block/pump that sits on the CPU it has some blue LEDs...but tonight while on BF4 I noticed some of the LEDs were more lit-up than some of the others and still are....also some of them had a little flicker,I have it connected to a fan header on the Mobo....should it be connected to the PSU directly ?

Manual says to conect it to motherboard.

Maybe you need to make sure the fan header is providing constant full power in bios.

You mean make sure it's 12v , as in a steady 12v ?

Yes you need a constant 12v.

Right lol.......so went into BOIS ..and all it shows is " standard , silent, turbo, full speed, manuel ,DC/PWM, if I choose one of those options it lets me click on " fan off" but no ignore option.....what option/s should I choose please ?

I would try DC and then set it to full speed, or manually adjust it to 100%.
