Hi Guys quick question?

I've got an artic cooler 7, and i was wondering if anyone knows how to fit this.

Do you just push it onto mb, or do you need to move the white parts of the plug from the cpu and fit it from underneath??

Thanks

You need to use a bit of force. It has the same fittings as the stock heatsink, and I had a bit of a hard time fitting it to my old Pentium 4. When you've pushed it in, you should turn the four locks in the direction the arrows on it indicate.

I thought that would loosen the Hsf? turning it the opposite way the arrows point would tighten it? or is the gigabyte manual wrong

Thanks guys, i will try that....

Also does it come with enough cooling paste pre-applied, or do i need to get some more???
