for a 2500k. i want it to be quiet and cool, but not massive, and to look badass.

i know that's quite a big ask so i dont expect it to be cheap or to excel in any of those categories, merely to be acceptable.

i'm looking at:

corsair H60 £60
antec kuhler H2O 620 £50
deepcool fiend shark £65
zalman cnps9900-max blue led £44

the antec and corsair have good reviews. couldn't find any for the deepcool so i'm hoping someone on here has had experience with it and can give me some feedback on how it performs.

the zalman seems to be a good cooler but a little noisy. i'm still considering it though just because it looks so awesome :)

can you guys comment on any/all of these 4 coolers and recommend which one would be best? thanks in advance

Cooler Master 212+ or the Gelid Tranquillo. if your fixed on Spending around £70 the Noctua NH-D14 would be your best bet.

If looks is what you're after and something like the Silver Arrow/Noctua NH-D14 don't do anything for you, then I'd recommend the Thermalright Venomous X Black Edition. Or this:

zalman is pretty quiet if you put the resistor cable in there :)

however, the only reason i'd recommend the zalman is if the thermalright silver arrow didnt fit.

+1 for the Corsair H60 here. Recently purchased it for my 990x, quiet and cool (19-30c idle - non OC) in a case with pretty poor cooling. With that said I don't have much experience with coolers.

noctua dh-14 is amazing if you want to spend just a tad more than £70

the temperatures ive gotten with it so far are just jaw dropping

though if looks is what youre after i think the h60 is great, and not too big
