CPU Cooler for AM3?

Need a cpu cooler for my 955. Not sure how good this is compared to the noctua?

Its going to be good, but its a lot to spend for a cooler, not sure how it compares to noctua.

Just Installed my H50 2day and its Amazing, much better and quieter than any air cooler. Even if a big cooler can keep it the same temps this thing is soo much smaller than any heat sink setup. totally worth it.

Couple of pointers tho, it wont fit in a case where there is a bar going across under the PSU. I changed the arrangements around on mine, put the radiator onto the case and I used the the long screws and threaded them through my Bequiet fan that has rubber non screw mounts and it worked a treat. havnt had time to test heat yet but it seems decent, but I would put own thermal paste on instead of the the prepasted stuff, going to change that at the weekend.

Have the H50 in my AM3 (955 clocked at 3.8)set up. Had an Akasa Nero when I first got it but temps were sitting at 55 idle at least. Put the H50 in along with Artic Silver Paste and 2 Noctua's in push/pull and now sitting at low 40's idle. Much happier. Tight enough squeeze getting the radiator into the Coolermaster case beside the PSU but got there in the end.

Ive just finished my first built, using an Akasa nero cooler, AMD 955 (std clock), coolermaster elite 330 w/ f+r 120mm fans,be quiet dark power pro 450w psu, sitting at idle cpu temp is 26. Only have around 1-2mm gap between top of cooler and case though.
