now i had a h80 on my last system but lost my intel bracket, now im wondering should i stick with a new h80 or should i go air cooling

my case is a corsair 600t and also i have a gigabyte 670

Xigmatek Gaia is good value - one of the cheapest but also has great performance if you read the reviews. Pretty straightforward to fit as well, though the instructions aren't that great.

the other problem is that i have this memory
Corsair Vengeance Blue 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-15000C9 1866MHz Dual Channel Kit
and not sure if it will fit and also i have the gigabyte ud5h montherboard

Motherboard isn't an issue, but tall ram can cause problems yes. The D14 front fan can be mounted higher up, above most tall ram heatsinks, just looks a bit weird, don't think you would get away with it on the 14cm front fan models. Almost all coolers can have the front fan relocated to the back. Also the ram heatsinks can be removed and replaced with something less extreme.

I have overclocked ram, no need to have heatsinks on them. Mine are the Samsung Green.

I had a challenge fitting the Cooler and memory in my Dragon Rider case.
Since the Dragon Rider has a side fan, I couldn't fit the big Noctura D14 or Alpenfohn K2, so I went for the Noctura NH-C12P, which is not as high. I also went for Corsair Vengeance Low profile memory, so they could fit 'under' the cooler.
