CPU Cooler for i5

There's not many out there, so my choice is between the

Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2

or the

Akasa AK-968 x4

Not going to be doing any overclocking, it's for a family computer that needs to last a good 4-5years.

I want the PC to be as quiet as possible though, as I'm guessing either of the above coolers are quieter than the retail one?
