CPU cooler for matx build

after a cu cooler recommendation for i7 for an matx case. looking to overclock the cpu as much as possible and want an air solution as water won't fit in my matx case.

help is much appreciated

M-ATX cases don't all have the exact same cooler clearance, so it would be helpful if you said which case.

a zalman 8900 shouldn't be a problem then? and the zalman is good value?
