CPU cooler for NZXT H1

I've given up with the stock cooler - it's broken again!

I seem to have two options;
1. Stick a low profile air cooler in there - I was looking at the Noctua NH-L12S, but I'm not sure it'll work too well with the 3900X. Is there anything better?
2. Find a different AIO cooler - I can't find any 140mm. What are the 120mm AIO like these days?

The noctua will do the job albeit not with an overclocked 3900X

The Corsair AIO have been orettt solid for me, and work well in smaller cases
