My search skills are failing me on picking a new cooler.
I have following:

SG05
GA-Z77N-WIFI
2500K
both SSD and 3.5" HDD
Slim DVDRW
8GB Standard size ram.
NVidia 460 768MB - soon to be replaced

Can anyone recommend a cooler that would work and is still available to buy as a lot of the recommendations I cannot see for sale anymore?

Currently thinking Noctua NH-L9i but hoping for alternatives.

Looking at Thermalright website an AXP-200 might fit as CPU socket location looks the same on your motherboard and this GA-H87N-WIFI. Also depends on RAM heatsink clearance and how far heatpipes overhangs edge of motherboard going by case clearance picture.

There is also an AXP-100, but there's no pictures of it fitted.

If you want to have some fun and get creative with the position of stuff in your case (and possibly get a dremel to remove a couple of rivets) you can get a AIO in there. I'm using a Corsair H60 but there's plenty of space to put a double-thick 120mm in there with a single fan.

Does involve jigging around.

Otherwise I'd suggest a Prolimatech Samuel 17 or Thermalright AXP-200. In both cases though I'd flip the PSU upside down so the fan is pointing upwards, otherwise having the PSU fan suck air up while the heatsink fan is trying to suck air down may cause a bit of fighting and no decent airflow for either.

Thanks. I might put a wanted on for a axp-200.

I would like a h60 but cannot see it fitting with a full length graphics card and dvd as I could leave the 3.5 hdd.

The H60 is an interesting fiddle, and it depends on what you're putting into the Sugo.

If you mount it vertically you have the full length of the case to get the GPU in, but the rad's end tanks get in the way of the optical drive tray. If you mount it horizontally the end tanks will get in the way of the GPU but you can fit the optical tray. You MAY though have to pop the rivets off the 2.5" drive shelf on the tray though.

In mine, I dropped the optical drive completely and mounted the H60 vertically. I also put my SSD and 2.5" HDD into an Akasa dual 2.5" to 3.5" adapter and physically glued it underneath the PSU (which is flipped to have the fan up top). I then had the full length of the case (with a hole cut) to squeeze the GTX Titan in.

For me that's the easiest way to go, and cutting a hole in the front of the case gives you an extra half inch of GPU length (plus the plastic front facia will actually cover the hole so nobody will know).

It does depend on the GPU you're putting in. I've found that everything is either very short (and low powered) or a bit too long. Gigabyte's ITX-sized GTX 970 would be good here because it won't take up the full length of the case, allowing you to mount the H60 horizontally. You will need to pop the 2.5" shelf off the optical tray, but you should have plenty of in the case to start dropping drives in creative places.

You can buy the AXP-200 new. I only checked one etailer as OcUK don't have them, and they stocked the three versions 200, 200R, and 200 muscle.

Some pictures showing it fitted to a Z77N-Wifi (will need to use a translator site for text).

Basically need bended heatpipes by PCE Express slot and check RAM is not too tall.
