CPU cooler good or bad choice?

I think im going to go for this cpu cooler can anyone tell me if its a good choice please?

The low speed 92 mm fan reduces the noise level to a minimum. The patented fan holder is able to practically eliminate the typical buzzing sound of 92 mm fans. The Fluid Dynamic Bearing keeps oil inside the bearing and thus reduce friction inbetween and keep the noise level to a minimum. Air is drawn in from the top. Some air is blown out to all four directions in order to cool the voltage converters and chipset. The four rubber connectors o*n the fan case act as a vibration damper to absorb the vibration of the running fan and prevent vibration transfer to the heatsink and the case.

To install it do you have to just unclip the 2 big clips on the side of the cpu cooler and pull it out, wipe the thermal paste off, put some new paste down then mount the new cooler and clip it down?

not really if you are overclocking, if not then it will be fine, if you are get the freezer 7 pro,

Freezer 7 Pro has gone up a lot in price. I would consider a scythe mime or scythe ninja (they're in the other manufacturer's section). The new Zalmans are quite good, but a bit pricey. The Big Typhoon from Thermaltake is also very good.

If you're flushed with cash then I would get the Ultra 120 from Thermalright.

I myself am hoping to buy a sonic tower and add 3 fans... I personally believe this will outperform anything but the Tuniq Tower (which is not sold on OCers).

The artic freezer 7 pro has been out of stock for ages now, for so long infact I had to order mine elsewhere, lucky I did really it was half the price of what it is at OcUK atm.
