CPU cooler helllp

Hey there guys just wondering if you could help me out with some after market cpu cooler advice to complete my pc – after this I’m not spending another penny

I currently have:
Cpu = Intel Q6600
Mobo = XFX nForce 780i – motherboard
Case = NZXT Apollo

Im asking here because as some might know the 780i has a massive cooling block below the cpu so im worried the cooler I choose wont fit

So I was wondering if any of you have had experience with this before? Or know a good one that will definitely fit?

My budget is around £35 I think, but I also want it too look good and preferably be black but hey I’m not fussy

Looking at the picture, it seems like the mobo is designed to allow for a decent sized cooler, i'd be surprised if you had any problems - coolers are their widest above the level of that cooling block.

Get one with as big a fan as you can manage for your budget with screw fittings - 'push pins' can be a nightmare.
