I am looking for the best cooler for noise and performance from my HTPC system.
The system is in my living room and I want it to be as quite as possible but also allow me to clock my Q6600 a small amount.
Noise and high been the main issues.
Cheaper the better, running standard supplied intel cooler
thoughts please?
