CPU cooler recommendations

Ok
I,ve just upgraded my CPU from an Athlon X2 6000+ to a Phenom X4 965 Black Edition but the stock cooler it came with sounds terrible.The cooler and quieter the better up to around £30
preferably something that is very easy to fit

What case are you using, as some have a cut-out behind the cpu to allow for this.

No cover on the case to get to other side of mobo

I'm going to also vote : Alpenföhn Matterhorn Pure Edition : as I was looking at it carefully yesterday.

Looks like a lot of bang per buck
