At present i got fitted an ocz gladiator cooler (not the max)and temps are ok ish
ive also got a titan fenrir that was massive and bent my motherboard!! as i didnt have the correct back plate fittings
i need a new cooler that isnt too big and heavy and can cope with reasonable O/C and runs fairly queit and cool, and preferably one that i dont have to remove my motherboard (again)

The Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 CPU Cooler is a relatively lightweight cooler that will will cope with a 'reasonable clock' and can be fitted without removing the MB and.

Or you could consider the Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 - better performance but larger in profile and weight.

i was thinkin of the freezer 13 or coolermaster hyper 212 anygood? i dont mind takin off the motherboard as correct installation of the heatsink is easier when the motherboard is on a table!

Between the 2 i would choose the Hyper 212 - as i've fitted 2 to friends machines and had very good results for the money (it also gets great forum feedback).
