Is the Cooler Master TX3 the best CPU air cooler under 145mm in height for the price? It seems like quite a lot at £17 (cheapest I could find) so I was wondering if there are any competitive coolers (in terms of noise as well as heat dissipation) for a lower price. Thanks.

Better cooler with 120mm fan and a hieght of 141mm costs £20, well worth the extra few quid.
