im thinking about getting an amd athlon 5000+ black edition, and therefor need a cooler, looking at the
Arctic Cooling (AC-ALP-64) Alpine 64 CPU Cooler
it seems a good, cheap cooler but on the specs on a different website is says suitable for amd x2 up to 3800+, is this true? it doesnt say this on ocuk for example

secondly, does it come with thermal compound and instructions?
