I ordered an Asus Silent Knight II CPU cooler just after Christmas, I wasn't too fussed about putting it in my currently machine, but after realising my CPU temps are quite high, it looks like I'll have to install it.

1 Minor problem with that, my fantastic grandmother, god bless her, threw the instructions out, which was my own fault as I left the out of the box :o:(
I've tried Asus website but to no avail, does anyone own one of these and think they could walk me through it, or does anyone know a website with online guides on how to fit them? I would be greatly appreciative of this, as I'm dying to see how good it works :D

Or would I be better off buying a different cooler? I'll be pretty sore if I have to buy a different cooler =[

This review here explains a little bit, though its not step by step, you see the picture with the brackets, well the 3rd one along is your backplate, that goes behind your motherboard (so youre going to have to unscrew it), the first bracket then goes on top of the motherboard - thats basically the frame, you then use the last, middle, bracket piece to secure the actual cooler to the frame. It might be a bit daunting but once you start it should be easy enough, you wont be able to install it wrong so dont worry. Just remember it'll be best to apply new thermal paste to CPU, your cooler should have come supplied with some. Good luck
