that looks like a standard intel cooler with an LED fan on it to me. i doubt it would be very good as its tiny.

if you cant use the watercoolers (still need that side fan measurement) then a gelid tranquillo (153mm tall), a zalman CNPS9900MAX blue LED or red LED (152mm tall), or one of those top fan coolers like the scythe shuriken (58mm tall) would be the best bet
