Cpu cooler?

currently have the DeepCool Fiend Shark Ultra Quiet High End CPU Cooler which works fine but was thinking of changing it to something better and that looks cool, any ideas??
also what you think of the Akasa AK-CC4008HP01 Venom Voodoo CPU Cooler.

dont really have a budget so anything really and oops forgot about the cooling sub forum will request move now, how do i do it :L

i like that one would the weight of it be a problem? and can i mount it side ways so the fans are drawing the heat towards my rear case fan.
