CPU cooler.

I want to order the Akasa AK-CC7117EP01 K32 cpu cooler/heatsing, would this be ok for an i5 2500k? I was just looking and on the Akasa site it sais 'K32 is designed to work with CPU’s up to 95W'. Is this a problem at all?

As long as you dont overclock to much i supose. Do you need a low profile cooler?? Small budget??
