CPU Cooler

Hi, I'm buying an Intel i7-3770K processor with an ASUS Maximus V Gene motherboard to go with 16GB Kingston 1866Mz RAM which I already have from another system. I will also overcloak. However,I'm stuck on a suitable CP Cooler for around £30 give or take £5.
Can anyone suggest a cooler?
