Need a cheap quiet decent CPU cooler for my FX-4100. Advice?

Thanks for your help. I'm thinking the fan should face the the rear. But it'll be facing my exhaust fan. Is that ok?

That cooler comes with a PWM Y Splitter. Could I connect a Y Splitter to that splitter to connect to my case fans?

Motherboard fan headers are rated for up to 1 amp total load so all fans combined need to be less than 1 amp.
If using PWM control all fans must be PWM.
If all fans are PWM you can use a PWM splitter with PSU power. This allows you to use more than 1 amp total to the fans.

I was gonna use all PWM fans. Do I need a splitter with a power connector if required?
