I have the ryzen 3600 but the stock cooler is to loud

Have you tried setting up a fan curve that only ramps up after 65c?

If you still wanted a better cooler then this would be compatible and near silent.

Just get an Arctic eSports duo, the big expensive coolers arent worth the money, I've had two recently, sold one and sent the last back and now back on the stock cooler, with a decent fan profile it can be quite quiet

There's much better options in the price range.

I second @EsaT that the Freezer 34 is ample for your setup.
