Which Cpu cooler is better??

Thermalright SI-128 SE,

or the

Thermalright 120?

Or are they the same but ones on its side?? Is it worth upgrading from my ACF7 ??

well Iam using a Tuniq tower when idle goes down to 21c "cpu speed at 215ghz" when browsing copying does 34... 36 c "cpu speed 316ghz"

I have no side panels on at the moment, to see what temperaters etc will be with them on...

If your temps are fine at the moment then I cannot see any reason to upgrade.

The 120 is better more heatpipes = better removal of heat.

My temps are quite high, and the ACF7 is a bit too noisy as well. So is it worth it?
