CPU coolers!

Hey guys, I was just wondering what CPU cooler to get to keep my CPU under 55c, currently its running at 3.6Ghz with a crappy non heatpipe cooler with the side off and a desk fan blowing onto it lol!

What coolers do you reckon are the best? Can be either cost or performance wise

I hope you dont mind, but I just think I should point it out. For some reason, some coolers perform better on Intel CPUs than AMD CPUs & vice-versa. So just make sure you are getting a good recommendation from a fellow AMD user

Thermolab baram with an akasa apache 120mm fan. I get 48/49 on full load. But my chip is actually quite poor. I have to hit a vcore of 1.45 to get 3.74GHz so you should get better temps than that with a 945.
