Right stripped my waterloop and on teh stock intel cooler atm :(

Whats the best air cooler you can get?

Was looking at the noctua D15. anything better than that?

That's pretty much the the best you can get, unless you want something prettier then the Phanteks TC14PE for example offers similar performance.

This looks better than both, some reviews I've seen have it equal or better than the Noctua D15.

I have one myself and bought it based off of the reviews I saw and I'm not disappointed.

There is also R1 Universal, similar heatsink but minimally inferior performance with smaller right side fan, but better ram clearance.

Sure that looks cool but it's all subjective, plus OP may be going with a certain colour scheme which is where the TC14PE is great as it comes in different colours. I'm sure there's even some other options that will be recommended, as there's quite a few top coolers that all perform excellent.

R1 Ultimate and PH-TC14PE are definitely as good as NH-D15.

There are a few others too. They cool as well at similar noise levels (1300-1500rpm) but the Extreme and HE01 have high rpm / performance fans that go to 2000-2500rpm and of course are much louder if ran at these high speeds.
Thermalright Silver Arrow IB-E and even more so the Silver Arrow IB-E Extreme
Silver Arrow SB-E and Extreme
Silverstone HE01is also very good.

If the OP is going with a certain colour scheme, then Cryorig still has more options than the Phanteks with replaceable plastic heatsink shrouds in a variety of colours.

Obviously OCUK does not sell this cooler or the shrouds unfortunately.

You could get something such as the Heligon or Megahalems and stick a green LED fan on.

Alternatively I think be quiet dark rock pro 3 would look best with its all black look.

Shame about their poor distribution, those shrouds don't seem to be available?

Try contacting Cryorig directly. They are usually very helpful. ;)

Edit:
Or simply paint the shrouds that come on the cooler.
