Ok So I'm having a slight problem with my build. MY GPU is running freakishly hot due to it having to go into the second slot in my build. I'm buying a new heatsink for my card but it's a bit too big to keep my card in the second slot.
So I want to move my card to the first slot. You'e probably wondering why its in slot 2, well my CPU cooler is just a tad too big to fit the GPU into slot 1. So I've been looking to get either a new CPU heat sink, thus running my CPU hotter but then I remembered what I'd seen when specking my build in the first place.
I currently have a Arctic Cooling Freezer i30 on my CPU. So it;s no where near the biggest you can get, but I'm going to be hard pressed to find one much smaller without getting Very small. So I thought I'd ask how much better, or potentially worse the CPU only water cooling solutions are.
I've been looking at things like the Corsair Hydro H55 Quiet Liquid CPU Cooler.
So does anyone have any experience with the CPU water coolers? better than what i have? worse? comparable?
