CPU cooling bracket help

My housemate recently moved from a amd cpu and motherboard to intel.

Is it possible to use the same cpu cooler?
the cpu cooler is the Arctic Cooling Freezer A30 AMD Cooler.

Rather than buying the new cpu cooler is it possible to just buy a cpu bracket that would turn it to intel?

that cooler should have come with an amd and a few intel mounting brackets

so yes should fit with the right intel bracket
