Cpu Cooling Problem?

Hello,

Recently my temps for my i7- 920

has been randomly jumping from idle 58 to 78+.

when I'm just staring at my desktop. (no gaming, movies, anything)

So I'm running a cpu water cooling kit H60. not that old maybe 6months.

But I'm thinking something is wrong with the paste? what do you guys think?

(all my other temps are fine HDD, MB, GPU all stay under 30/40/35)

Paste is easiest to check. Make sure fan/fans are working properly... and pump.

just reseat the cooler, sounds to me like the cooler has come loose some how.
remove old paste, the reapply some new paste.
