CPU Core Voltage question

hi all i am just getting into overclocking for the first time, i have OC to 3.2GHZ at the moment my core voltage is 1.368V is this too high ?

what temps have you got and what cooling have you got?

at 3.2 GHZ idle for 4 cores are 42-43/ load is 52-55C i have a true for cpu 5 case fans

Are you using Coretemp to measure the temps?

yes using core temp have real temp but never really understood how to use it
