CPU corners are showing Aftermarket cooler?

hi im building pc for a freind and need some advice
the mobo is a 939 socket asrock 939n68pv-glan and has a athelon 64
single cpu, i attached this cooler

zalman 8700 and i noticed the zalman bace is smaller than the cpu chip and the corners are protruding slightly is this ok? it does say the zalman covers 939 sockets or does the cpu need to be fully covered?

There's nothing in the corners of the heat spreader, chips are in the middle and not near the edge either.

Don't lose any sleep over it.
