From my experience, I don't recommend to OC too much, my i7 920 starts to degrade, some ppl at XS think the motherboard PWM became less stable, I have run a lot of tests for stability and it was stable, 1 month later my old OC isn't stable anymore, could be LLC the cause or the motherboard PWM became weaker, don't stress your chip for long time.
