CPU Fan Connector Problem. 3 pin - 4 pin

Hello

My new motherboard (MSI Z77MA-G45) has a 4 pin connector for the CPU fan.

My CPU cooler is not old and I don't want to change it, but the fan has a 3 pin connector.

So my fan will fit but will not be controlled by the motherboards BIOS Click
software since that needs a 4 pin fan for it to work 100%

Is there a work around for this problem?

Actually please ignore that post. Someone delete it please.
The problem lies with the board, not the amount of pins on the fan connector.
