cpu fan drops to 0

so i just built my first full system and have been running CPUID HWMonitor and it shows that my cpu fan is dropping to 0 at some points.
I cannot see the fan going off within the case is this a normal...

Also i know this isnt the place but i also have a issue were my monitor turns black system is still fully rinning from what i can tell (talk on skype still ) could this be related ?

Fan controller/sensor issue maybe on the motherboard?

Might be a good idea to clear the cmos and if that fails upgrade the bios to see if that helps.

As for the screen, are you using onboard gpu or another.card?

ok will take a look a clear cmos and update bios if needed.

im useing a gtx 760 brand new card runs good ect the black screens are happening not under load but at system idle or surfin web and has only happen 2 times so far.

so i took a closer look at the numbers and i think it might be the psu as im sure the volts should be more any one able to confirm this ?
