CPU Fan Error

Im running my self built system almost a week old now, specs in sig, and at first it was fine except i got a problem with the speakers, when the computer started it bleeped, twice quickly, then 4 times slowly, which according to my mobo manual meant that there was hardware problems, so i installed a driver from the mobo CD and it went away.

Then the next couple of days the bleeping came back and after it finished bleeping a messege came up and it said CPU Fan Error. this is where i am stuck as i have no idea how to fix this. I have unplugged the CPU fan plug thingy and put it back but nothing changed. Is there a way in checking what is wrong with the fan? e.g. by checking things on the bios, and also what temperature is the CPU meant to be when not in use and when in use, in use it sometimes get around 43/44*C is this right?

well from using the pc probe 2 that the mobo CD installed this is what i get for everything while computer is doing nothing except running the pc probe2.

vcore: 1.38/9 V
+3.3: 3.36 V
+5: 5.20 V
+12: 12.17 V
CPU Temp: 34*C
CPU Fan: 1231 RPM
CHASSIS: 1473 RPM
Mobo Temp: 29*C

Yes the fan still spins regerdless. When the comp first boots up the fans spins at an amazingly fast speed then it stops and the bleeping occurs.

Also another problem is that i don't seem to have any front LED lights working on my case. I thought i had the correct cable in the correct spot but they don't seem to be on. Any way to get them to work?

ok so how do i up the fan speed warning, or disable it all together? i cant seem to find it anywhere in the bios

well iv checked the power section of the bios and there is an area with the CPU fan speeds and temperature. the only thingyhowever i can change of these is to ignored, i cant seem to find where the CPU alarm thing is and how to change it. Should i just change it to ignored? and if so which one should i change to ignored.

ok i need some quick help now, i have just ran pc probe2 which came wit my mobo cd which tells me the temp n speed of fans for the whole comp. I am getting a warning sound and messege saying " there are some warnings: POWER fan", which is where the CPU fan is plugged into. It says that the POWER FAN is running at 1467 which is in the green an ok then it says its running at 0, which turns red and starts the alarm, also the CPU fan is in the red while running at 836ish which is what the front case fan is plugged into. Is these speeds bad at all or is the system warnings just set too low, and if so how high should i put them?

the temperatures for the mobo are 34*C and CPU, 35*C

well the reason i put the fans in those plugs is because the front case fan can only reach the CPU fan, so i put the CPU fan in the Power fan, and i was told that this was perfecty ok it just meant that when i was getting a messege like this saying CPU fan error it meant the front case fan. So its ok, i am alright to leave this computer running without me being here, im kinda scared as i built it myself and dont want it to start a fire or something especially now that im getting warnings.
