For the last 2 months, every time i boot up my pc it gives me an error message saying that the CPU fan isnt working, which takes me to the bios, and i just have to exit. Then it goes into windows as normal.

Looking at the fan, its still running. Ive cleaned the case up from dust to be safe. Ive downloaded cpu temp and hardware monitor, both seem to suggest the temp is ok i think.

Anything else i should be doing to try and fix this?

This may be of help, but not sure if your bios has these options.

To change the cooling and fan settings via the BIOS, proceed to these steps:
  1. Access your computer’s BIOS settings by pressing the F1 or F10 key upon startup.
  2. Go to the CPU fan settings > Advanced Settings.
  3. Find the CPU Fan Speed setting. Change the default value (600 RPM) within the 300–450 RPM range.
  4. Once done, click Save and check if the error still exists on the BIOS startup.
Tip: You can also try to set the CPU Fan Speed Low Limit to Ignore and see if that fixes the CPU fan error.

Not sure i would set it to ignore though.
