CPU fan / heatsink recommendation please

My CPU fan is making a racket so I'm going to replace it, though it looks like I have to replace the fan / heatsink together? Whether or not this is true, I want a reasonable copper heatsink with quiet fan version for under or around ten pounds. It's for an AMD XP 2500+ which I believe is a socket A Barton. If it's relevant I like to overclock and currently have it @ 2GHz though hopefully it will do a bit more with a decent fan.

Any suggestions / recommendations are appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for the help.

I've gone for this one cause it moves more slowly, shifts more air, and is quieter than my current stock fan!

I think it can't be worse than the current one I've got which is running @ 2.1GHz (just!) so hopefully it'll bring it down and be much quieter.
