Hi, I built my new PC and got it running the other day but I have a problem...
My CPU cooler's fan is always 100% and so it is loud, I am using the default one that comes with the heat sink, I have tried using AMD overdrive to control the fan speeds, but this doesn't change anything. I have also updated the bios, and enabled cool'n quiet too, and it is still loud. How can I sort this out?
Although my cpu is reaching temps of 20. which is quite good, I would like to sacrifice this temp

. But setting the CPU fan to PWM mode then "Silent" in BIOS kept it quiet during idle. Although I changed the cooler anyway since the stock fan was too loud when gaming.
