Hi Guys,

I current have a mates PC which he bought from a some type of alien place with watercooling inside it.
It required a new motherboard which i have fitted an has sorted the original problem.

It has a CPU block fitted which i have never played with before. On boot is give a message that the CPU fan is running too slow and could cause a problem.
The rad connected to the block has a fan which is spinning fine, the CPU (Intel Core 2 Duo e6400) temp is at 29 degrees.

Can i turn the cpu fan message warning message off? Am i right in thinking that it is because there is not fan connected to the "CPU FAN" connector on the mobo?
(Also is that right that there isn't anything connected to that?)

ANy help would be great.

Yes the CPU fan warning message is because there is no fan connected to the CPU header and you could just turn the message off. If the fan for the radiator is connected straight to PSU then it wouldn't matter if there is no fan connected to the CPU header, the only thing you really lack is any warning if the fan fails (other than the PC shutting down).
