CPU Fan not coming on :(

Evening.

Just finally got everything squeezed into my antec 900... not sure what i havent connected - but my af7 fan isnt coming on. I've connected it to the 'cpu_fan' connector on my mobo, but its not spinning

Thoughts?

Not running because the motherboard doesn't think the CPU is hot enough?

Yeah, I found that with a friend's build I did a week or two ago. When I powered on, the fan would 'kick' slightly, but wouldn't spin. It started spinning after the PC had been on for a few minutes.

Ooo spot on. Working fine now.
