CPU Fan not spinning at all?

So, I came home from work as normal and noticed my Artic Pro Freezer 7 CPU fan wasn't spinning. I have never had this issue before and have owned the heatsink for approx. 2 months.

What's wrong? I haven't touched the inside of my pc and haven't changed anything in the bios settings!

I have a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P Motherboard and CiT 500W PSU, like I said this has NEVER happened before.

When I boot up it just doesn't move at all, I've tried reconnecting it to the mobo. The temperatures are idling at 50-60 right now

Try plugging it directly into a 12v supply to identify whether the fan has actually died

There is nothing to plug the fan into, my PSU is 12v

Nope, only the CPU Fan 4pin on the mobo

Surely under warranty for 2 months? Got any molex fan adapters by any chance?
