my pc gave me message that my cup fan had an error so i check it and it was barely spinning so that means i need fix it but i don't understand why cpu fans ever die out? shouldn't they go on forever? does this mean i need to change the whole cpu cooler or only change the fan on it. i appreciate any replies
 
i have arctic freezer 7 for intel 775 chipset. my bios shows significantly reduced speed of the fan and its evident when i opened the case to see it. its spinning very slowly. how can i repair it?
 
yes its setup like that and i cannot change anything. its highlighted red so something is up and i don't know whats the best thing to do
