Hi guys

I have an issue with my CPU fan. It stops spinning while gaming. It doesn't happen all the time.

If I reboot the PC, fan starts spinning. I have this PC for over a year and never had this problem.
No component is overclocked.

Mobo: Asus PRIME x470-Pro with BIOS 5220 - 11.09.2019 - Wraith Prism cooler
CPU: Ryzen 2700x
RAM: 2 x 8 GB HyperX Fury 2666 Mhz
PSU: EVGA SuperNova G2 750W
GPU: Sapphire 5700x Nitro

Today I noticed that when the CPU fan stopped, 3 other case fans stopped as well. The other 2 are working fine.

Another thing worth mentioning, while the PC was running, I re-plugged the power cable for the CPU fan, it starts spinning for 2 seconds then stops. After that I plugged it the other way with only 3 pins and it started spinning normally.
Not really sure what's causing this. Any ideas?

Cheers!

check you fan settings in ai suite if you have it installed or bios if not am pretty sure there is a fan stop setting you can uncheck if it is that, that is. this used to happen on my old z97 asus mobo too.
